FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How do I pay you for these fresh items that I wanna get?

PayPal is our method for online transactions. We gladly accept credit cards, or regular bank account payments all through PayPal as it's very secure. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information.

2. Okay so I ordered my cool tee. When will you send it to me?

We usually package and ship out within 3 business days. We can be out of stock on an item and will hold your order until more are available. We will email, text or send a bird in flight to let you know if this occurs. *Clearance items are shipped First Class mail.

3. Then when should I hassle my mailperson about my package?
Shipping for orders within the United States is via USPS First Class Mail, so you should receive it within 3-5 days from when we drop it in the mailbox. *If you need a package to come quicker, please place your order and indicate in your note how soon you would like for it to arrive. If we can make it happen we may charge you more for the extra shipping cost.

Shipping for orders outside the United States is via USPS Global Priority and you receive it depending on the location you give us.

4. For the weirdest reason, I have to return or exchange something. What do I do now?
Stop. Before you do anything, email us first and provide a brief explanation of your issue. We are more than happy to accept exchanges or returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Exchanges or returns must be done within 2 weeks of receipt. Once the item has been returned in the same condition as it was sent out, you can choose from having a replacement item sent out, a credit, or a refund for your purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Items that have been altered, washed or damaged in any manner will not be accepted.
